NIPSA Accreditation - A Mark of Excellence

Kids’ Work Chicago Riverview is proud to be accredited by NIPSA (National Independent Private School Association). The organization surveyed our school in 16 different areas, from philosophy, curriculum, organization, safety, and staff to student services, parent community, our building, finances, and more. The visiting delegates were so impressed with the teachers and their interactions with the children, the parents’ positive reviews of the school, and our “meticulously maintained early childhood program.” We are so proud and so grateful for our Kids’ Work community and are so happy to hold this mark of distinction!

A Class Routine Will Help Support Their Development

Routines are essential to building your child’s comfort and familiarity with learning and exploring. Watch them flow through each class routine that encourages them to interact with others, get moving, and become adventurous within the world around them.

We “Scaffold” Activities To Support Your Child’s Growth

Scaffolding is the act of adjusting your support to suit an individual child at a developmentally appropriate level. This:

  • builds confidence
  • develops skills
  • supports bonding

Most people who spend time with young children are using a form of scaffolding every day without knowing it, just by supporting them in learning new ideas and skills.

Together you’ll learn about the world around you and make new discoveries in a unique, interactive way. You’ll also enjoy lasting memories together!

Our Parent Reviews

"I've had only positive interactions with their team members"
My daughter and her caretaker have been attending the Grow With Me classes since the program started in February. It has been a great way for my daughter to interact with other children on a weekly basis while still having an adult present. Almost every day when we are getting ready in the morning she asks about going to 'play group'. The Kids Work staff is wonderful, I've had only positive interactions with their team members. I would highly recommend checking out Kids Work for your daycare or toddler programming needs!

"The social interaction is good at Kids Work"
The social interaction is good at Kids Work with both teachers and other children. We've gotten our son involved in classes outside of Kids Work like soccer or swimming and we can't help but notice how much better our son is at following an adult's instructions than other kids that haven't been in daycare. I don't think this is because our son is exceptional, I think it's because he's had practice.

"I cannot say enough good things about Kid's Work"
My child is in one of the infant classrooms and is very well cared for... dare I even say loved! We started daycare for our son at 3 months of age and I have never had a worry or concern when leaving him with his teachers. I honestly have never felt as good about leaving my child in someone else's care as I do when I leave him at Kids' Work Daycare! Strongly recommend to any parents!

"the level of care is outstanding "
What an incredible experience Kids’ Work Chicago is for both of our children! Our oldest son, who is almost three, has been at Kids’ Work since it first opened. Our other son is seven months old and has been there four months. Both of our children immediately adjusted and are always happy to go to Kids’ Work. As full-time working parents, we are so very lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our children to attend
