We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educators to join our amazing team of dedicated professionals. You will work in a dynamic classroom culture of trusting and cohesive team members, and form bonds with your students. You will have fun playing and engaging with the children, creating activities, and bringing to the table your ideas and support to develop the classroom.

Pay ranges vary by role and experience:
Assistant Teachers: $17.25 – $18.25 based on education and experience
Lead Teachers: $18.25 – $19.25+ based on education and experience
Full-Time Schedules, center open between 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
Monday – Friday
No Nights or Weekends

Minimum Requirements:
Lead Teachers (Must have one of the two to qualify):
- Sixty semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six;
OR
- One year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center and 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, from birth to age six;
Assistant Teachers:
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Assistant Teaching Experience in a classroom OR 1 year working with children (preferred)
All applicants must:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Must meet all DCFS requirements, including passing background checks.
- Able to stand for long periods, frequently walk, sit on the floor and play with children, and lift a 40lb child in an emergency. This is a physically ACTIVE role!
