Chicago museum to help little ones celebrate holidays

Getting Set for Success

A Windy City museum is getting ready to greet the holidays by preparing its exhibits for an audience of merry Chicago parents and their children.

The Pinkmas Museum of Ice Cream event is open and ready to welcome Chicago families who have a love for life’s sweeter moments and flavors. The event, which opened its doors on November 14th, has filled the Museum of Ice Cream with themed magic, where parents and their children will encounter forests of pink, a massive snow globe, and many more holiday surprises that are sure to dazzle.

The event is being touted as more than a holiday outing, providing a fun and memorable setting where parents can make new memories and start a family tradition during their time spent together. The experience is open to children, with youth in preschool and kindergarten in Chicago welcome to join their parents.

Chicago is one of only four cities chosen to participate in the Pinkmas event, along with New York City, Boston, and Miami. Attendees will get to enjoy limited edition Pinkmas treats that those with a sweet tooth will love, along with the chance to make a holiday wish at the museum’s Wishing Tree.

The Pinkmas events will be held at Chicago’s Museum of Ice Cream, which is located on North Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago. The themed event will run until Monday, January 19th. It will be open daily, and interested families can reserve their spots online.
