An enchanting environment is in the works in the Chicago area for this summer, offering parents an opportunity to bond with their little ones in a whimsical world.
The Fairy Festival, which is being sponsored by Compass and Kelly Stetler, has sent out the invite online to families with children in Chicago to join the fun this June. The event will bring a magical world to life, with children getting to see mystical creatures and fairies with their own eyes. It’s a suitable festival for children in daycare in Chicago to exercise their imaginations.
Upon arrival, children who attend will receive their own set of wings and a wand, along with accessories to decorate each. These giveaways will be available as long as supplies last. Organizers have also worked to ensure that the host site will be filled with family-friendly activities. Families who stop in will get to grow closer through a shared experience after a week of work for parents, and children at daycares like Kids’ Work Chicago Riverview can build on their learnings outside of the classroom.
Entertainment will feature music from Liz Berg, performances by Jay Jay Family Entertainment, and a visit from a Fairy Princess. Food vendors will also attend to provide meals and snacks to guests. Little ones are welcome to wear their own fairy costumes and other outfits that fit the theme.
Fishel Park, located in nearby Downers Grove, is set to host the Fairy Festival, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 13. The gates open at 10:00 AM, with entertainment running until noon. Admission is free to all.
