March for Kids to host children’s St. Patrick’s Day event

parties

A St. Patrick’s Day event that caters to families with young children is getting set to kick off in Chicago this month, supporting the Mercy Home for Boys & Girls.

The March for Kids Post-Parade Party will be open to interested parties in the Second City soon, providing a setting where families with young children can enjoy and celebrate the luck of the Irish. The party will be held a few blocks from the parade route, and guests will get to hear authentic Irish music and watch talented step dancers make their moves.

The party plans to provide a welcoming, family-friendly setting with plenty of activities for children, including those who attend Pre-K in Chicago. The kids’ section will include several arcade and carnival games, balloon artists, and arcade games.

The host venue will be a contemporary setting that offers families several panoramic views of the city. Parents can attend such events with their children to build stronger bonds when they’re not at Kids’ Work Chicago Riverview. Families at the event will also be supporting a good cause, with the proceeds providing Mercy Home with the necessary resources to provide brighter futures to local children.

The March for Kids Post-Parade Party will be held at SIX10 on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago. It’s scheduled for Saturday, March 14, from 1:30 to 5:30 PM. Admission covers food and beverage costs. Interested parties can purchase tickets online, and general admission is $85 for adults and $35 for children between 6 and 20 years old.
