Children in Chicago will soon have a fun opportunity to wave goodbye to the cold temperatures and welcome spring, as a local museum is hosting interested families who wish to welcome a new season of events.
The Spring Into WNDR has opened in Chicago, with the museum placing several family-friendly events on the docket. The centerpiece experience is a stamp scavenger hunt that requires children to maneuver through the exhibit in search of clues while engaging with different works of art. It’s a suitable setting for parents to make core memories with their little ones on days when they’re not in class at Kids’ Work Chicago Riverview.
In addition to the Spring Into WNDR exhibit, families will enjoy access to all of the museum’s galleries and installations. The mirrored infinity room, designed by Yayoi Kusama, and the Glorious Vision of a Rainbow will provide an opportunity for children who visit to expand their creative thoughts and discover a passion for art. Color and Art, the WNDR Light Floor, and Interoptics can all be a colorful way to cap off a family excursion.
The exhibits are suitable for children from preschool in Chicago and older. Families with reservations will receive a special stamp upon checking in at the host venue. The event is being held at the WNDR Museum, located on West Monroe Street in Chicago. It will run until Sunday, April 26, during normal museum operating hours. Tickets can be purchased online for $34.99 per person.
