An immersive storytelling experience has opened registration online in Chicago, giving local parents and their little ones a fun event that will grow their imagination.
The Saturdays are for the Kids: Storytime Edition gathering is coming to a venue in Chicago this month, providing a space where children in preschool in Chicago can indulge in exciting stories, learn life lessons, and make new friendships.
The gathering, which is geared toward children, aims to bring back fun adventures and a love for stories to Saturday mornings in the Second City.
The event is being organized by Frances Xavier Warde School, and all of the storytelling sessions will be led by experienced and certified teachers. It is a fun way for parents and their children to enjoy learning together and continue building on the knowledge gained at Kids’ Work Chicago Riverview.
In addition to the storytelling sessions, young ones can participate in crafting activities and play games to stay warm away from the winter weather. Parents will also have coffee and socializing to look forward to as their children listen to the stories and remain active. It is an ideal opportunity for parents to help their kids discover a sense of adventure and expand their imaginations.
The Time Out Market Chicago, located on West Fulton Market in downtown Chicago, will host the Saturdays are for the Kids: Storytime Edition experience. It’s scheduled for Saturday, January 24, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Registration is available online, and families can attend for free.
