Since joining the Kids’ Work team in 2012, Crystal Aguilar has grown alongside the organization—beginning her journey as an Assistant Teacher, advancing to Preschool Lead Teacher, and stepping into an administrative role in 2022.
Her years of hands-on classroom experience continue to shape her leadership approach, allowing her to support staff, families, and children with both empathy and expertise.
Crystal holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Augustine College and brings over 18 years of experience working with young children, from infancy through age eight.
One of her greatest passions is helping children explore and understand their own cultural and ethnic backgrounds, fostering pride, confidence, and a strong sense of identity from an early age.
Outside of Kids’ Work, Crystal is the proud mom of two teenagers who fill her life with wonder, laughter, and motivation.
As the Staff Acquisition Coordinator, she leads hiring for the center and assists with staff management, ensuring a talented and dedicated team supports every child’s learning journey.
