Molly relocated from Milwaukee to Chicago in the fall of 2012 and began her career in Early Childhood Education.
Over her five years of teaching, she worked with every age group and held multiple roles, including two years as the lead teacher of the Rockwell classroom at Kids’ Work Chicago Too.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Molly earned her M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
She returned to Kids’ Work in the fall of 2024 as the Staff Support Coordinator, where she focuses on supporting and uplifting educators by providing them with the tools and resources to engage and inspire young learners.
For Molly, the most rewarding part of her work is building and sustaining meaningful relationships with children, teachers, and families.
