Originally from the Green Mountains of Vermont, Sierra earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Educational Studies and Fine Art from St. Lawrence University.
During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester in Denmark studying Early Childhood Education at the University of Copenhagen.
After graduation, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Child Development with specializations in Administration and Infant Studies from the Erikson Institute.
Sierra joined Kids’ Work in 2008 and has grown with the organization over the years—from teacher to administrator.
