Patti Golden is the Administrative Coordinator and has been a valued member of the Kids’ Work community for the past 13 years, beginning her journey as an Assistant Teacher before advancing to Lead Teacher and ultimately stepping into her current administrative role, which she has held for the past five years.
Her experience across multiple roles has provided her with a well-rounded perspective on classroom dynamics, teacher development, and family partnerships.
Patti received her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute and has dedicated over 15 years to the early childhood field.
Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
As both an educator and a parent to three young children, Patti brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to her work.
Her passion for early education shines through in her dedication to supporting teachers, families, and children alike in creating meaningful and joyful learning experiences.
